This policy explains what information Roofing Doctor (“we,” “us”) collects when you use callroofdoctors.com, call us, or text with us, and how we use it. We serve homeowners and businesses in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Information we collect

• What you give us. When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address and a description of the work you need.
• Phone calls. Calls to our numbers are routed through a call-tracking service, which records the calling number, time and duration and may record the call for quality and training.
• How you found us. When you arrive from an ad or a link, we store the campaign details in the web address (such as a Google Ads click ID and UTM tags) in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days, and attach them to your request so we know which advertising works.
• Site usage. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are used, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our advertising. These services set cookies and collect standard device and browser data.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule inspections, and prepare and follow up on estimates.
• To send the text messages and emails you have agreed to receive (see below).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we send text messages about your request, such as appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups and service updates, and, only if you separately agree, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. This excludes the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, including our customer-relationship and messaging platform, our call-tracking and answering services, and Google's analytics and advertising tools. Each may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to stop emailing or calling you at any time.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal and warranty obligations, and protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
